Abilities and Equipment

Technoflex is equipped with a wide range of machines located in 43 000 ft² state of the art classrooms accredited ISO 7 (class 10 000) and ISO 8 (class 100 000) and cGMP compliant.

Injection molding:

- 24 injection molding presses from 50 to 130 tons (ton determines the part size that can be produced, from large to small).

- 17 automatic assembly machines.

Flexible bags:

- 19 PVC lines, including 9 fully automatic

- 3 polypropylene (PP) lines, including 2 fully automatic

Extrusion:

- PVC line

- PP line

Client services: Custom injection molding, precision molds, tight tolerance molding, software development and 3D modeling, rapid prototyping capabilities, assembly and packaging, sterilization (e-beam, EtO, gamma), process and product validation, supply chain management, contract manufacturing, electrical engineering, ultrasonic welding (in development) and shipping.
