Technoflex has the knowledge and expertise to manufacture products in a wide range of medical grade materials such as:

Technoflex has developed and extrudes its own film formulations in conformity with both European and US Pharmacopoeias, supported Drug Master File DMF 19057 with the FDA:

- INERTA®, Polypropylene (PP-DEHP free): Technoflex multi-layer polyolefin material. This material is highly inert and offer increased water vapour barrier properties.

Extractable and leachable studies performed in worst-case conditions are available for both materials.

Note: Extractable and leachable studies are designed to identify chemicals released or migrated from packaging components, under various conditions of normal use.
