Laboratoires Bioluz facility is GMP certified.

Annual production capacity is:
- 10 million units from 50ml to 5000ml
- Additional filling line to be operational by 2010

•                 -  Annual capacity increase to 20 million units.

Preparation
- Large volume tanks
- Jacketed vessels
- Inert gas bubbling

Filling
- 3 lines for Small Volume Parenterals and Large Volume Parenterals
Inert gas flushing prior to filling

Overwrap
- Regular overwrap
- Aluminium based overwrap

Terminal Sterilization
All products are terminally sterilized in high capacity Steam/Vapour autoclaves.
