Estelle Thomas, Human Ressources Intern

“My name is Estelle Thomas and I am about to finish a Masters in Human Resources Management. The end-of-course internship is an important period because it offers a transition between theory-based classes and being in a professional environment. I wanted to work in a small company that would allow me to discover a range of topics and challenges relating to human resources.

The tasks I have carried out have covered a wide variety of subjects, such as difficulties and quality of life at work and professional interviews. Being able to work autonomously while still having regular follow-up was very instructive for me.

Given that I am interested in the industrial sector it has been a very enriching experience to discover the pharmaceutical field. I have been able to experience a new way of operating and learn highly specific vocabulary, enabling me to increase my industry-related knowledge.”
