With more than 40 years of experience, Technoflex combines proven technical expertise with a fully integrated in-house organization: a 15+ person R&D team, an internal laboratory, specialists in methods and industrialization, and a customer-focused commercial team. Together, these capabilities allow us to base our technical decisions on solid data, real production conditions, and direct customer feedback.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Jean-Charles Rousset is an experienced industrial executive in the pharmaceutical and sterile injectables sectors. Trained as an engineer, he has held leadership roles at Unilever, Nestlé, Ethypharm, Aspen, and Famar. As head of Technoflex, he leverages his industrial and strategic expertise to drive innovation and sustainable performance across the group.

  • Nathalie BELOT
    HR & ESG Director

    Nathalie Belot is HR & ESG Director at Technoflex, where she leads human resources and sustainability initiatives. With a background in IT and HR management, she previously held HR roles in the electronics sector before joining Technoflex in 2008. Nathalie drives talent development, employee engagement, and ESG strategy, fostering an inclusive workplace aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

    R&D Director

    Isabelle Constant has served as R&D Director at Technoflex since 2015, leading the company’s innovation strategy. With a PhD in Materials Science and an MBA, she previously led R&D at the CEA and LFoundry. She now drives product innovation and advanced research, supporting Technoflex’s leadership in pharmaceutical and biotech packaging solutions.

    With over 25 years at Technoflex, Nadine Goyeneche drives an ambitious vision built on excellence, quality, and innovation – key pillars of sustainable growth serving the global pharmaceutical industry. Close to both teams and customers, she places relationships and trust at the heart of performance.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Isabelle Ibar is Chief Financial Officer at Technoflex, where she oversees financial governance and supports the company’s long‑term strategic development. She brings over 30 years of experience across finance, HR and IT, acquired in international industrial groups.

    She has held senior roles such as Group CFO, Finance & HR Director and Finance, HR & IT Director, leading teams, strengthening financial processes and driving key transformation projects. Isabelle leverages this experience to reinforce Technoflex’s financial performance and accompany its sustainable growth.

  • Stéphanie LAUGIER
    Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director

    Stéphanie Laugier is a Regulatory and Quality Manager with 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector. Trained as a biologist, she has held roles in both production and quality, and has worked as a consultant for pharma and biotech clients, supporting regulatory compliance through audits and training. She now brings her regulatory expertise to Technoflex to support the company’s growth.

    Industrial Director

    As Industrial Director at Technoflex, Jean-François Soule-Susbielle has been driving operational excellence for over 15 years.After graduating from Arts et Métiers, he led industrial operations at Gascogne Group across multiple European sites. At Technoflex, he oversees industrial strategy, fostering innovation and sustainable growth in the pharmaceutical and medical device markets.

Quality is at the heart of our injectable solutions. We manufacture pharmaceutical packaging and components in compliance with GMP requirements and international regulations, ensuring safety, integrity and product purity.

Innovation is at the core of Technoflex’s development. Our R&D team designs advanced solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs.

At Technoflex, our customers are at the heart of every decision we make. Our Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams work together to provide a fluid, responsive, and human‑centered experience.
