“I have been working at Technoflex for 12 years, where I am a line operator. The diversity of the work makes the job all the more interesting! Every day, my work consists of ensuring that my production line operates smoothly (supply of raw materials, bag quality checks, packaging the finished product, etc.) while respecting strict quality standards because our products are destined for the pharmaceutical industry.
Of course, issues sometimes arise which disrupt the smooth running of the line. You have to react quickly and find solutions, generally the result of team work.
This profession requires indispensable qualities: you have to pay attention to every detail because you cannot afford to make mistakes. The ability to adapt is also very important
The challenges?
There are new challenges every day, carrying out manufacturing orders to meet our deadlines and our customers’ quality requirements. And one thing is absolutely essential: team work. It allows us to achieve a common aim, that of boosting Technoflex’s dynamism. This team spirit has to be cultivated. Being supportive of each other, giving your point of view if necessary, knowing each member of your team as well as possible and respecting everyone’s opinion. Because everybody is different, a team produces its best results when everyone is pulling together.”
